Imports

This first version captures import metadata, validates the filename against known companies and operating units, and saves the record to the database before full parsing is added.

Standard settlements are expected to resolve to one operating unit and one Friday week ending date. Adjustment settlements can be logged separately for later allocation logic.

Active operating units are available for filename matching.

Valid uploads are retained in app-managed storage for later parsing, review, and hosted access workflows.

New Import Intake

Choose a file and source type. The system will inspect the filename, attempt to match it to your operating structure, and create an import record while saving valid uploads to the configured file storage backend.

Batch Import Intake

Use this for historical backfills. Each file still goes through filename validation, storage, parsing, and review detection.

Batch mode skips duplicates automatically unless overwrite is selected, then matching existing imports are replaced and re-parsed.
